Notice Details REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: FOOD SERVICE OPERATOR

The City of Dieppe is seeking, through this request for proposal, the services of an experienced and qualified company responsible for the operation and management of food services offered at the UNIplex Intergenerational Complex, hereafter referred to as "UNIplex," and the Arthur-J.-LeBlanc Center, hereafter referred to as "AJL," through a mutually beneficial operating agreement.

This call for proposals for a FOOD SERVICE OPERATOR for two (2) locations has an estimated duration of 29 months, from mid-December 2025 to the end of May 2028. Additionally, the City of Dieppe encourages interested applicants to include the use and MANAGEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY KITCHEN at UNIplex in their proposal.

CONTRACT NAME: FOOD SERVICE OPERATOR - CITY OF DIEPPE

Complete proposals must be received no later than: 11:00 AM Atlantic Time, Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

It is important for the bidder to clearly indicate if the proposal includes operations for both concessions at UNIplex and AJL, or if it pertains only to one of the two (2) locations. In the latter case, please specify which location, either UNIplex or AJL. It is also important for the bidder to indicate whether the proposal includes the management of the community kitchen.
