Description:
The City of Leduc invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals for Environmental Assessment, Remediation, and Monitoring of Leduc Contaminated Sites
The City of Leduc requires a qualified environmental professional to conduct ongoing environmental assessments, remediation, and monitoring at the following three locations over the period of 2026-2029:
Former Public Works Main Yard and Shop, including the Public Works Storage Yard;
Leduc Recreation Centre; and
Leduc Reclaimed Landfill.
The City may also have additional environmental projects that arise over the contract period, and the City would look for the Successful Proponent-s expertise to assist with timely, environmentally conscious, and legally compliant management of such projects.
