Project Description : The City has initiated this Request for Proposals to source an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to replace its 20+ year finance system with an integrated finance and human resource system (human capital management or HCM). The ERP will serve as a core business application for finance and human capital functions typical of such systems, enhancing functionality and providing support for business continuity meeting the City-s business and organizational needs.
