Detailed_Description : This Request for Proposals (“RFP") is issued by Ontario Health (“Ontario Health” or “OH”) as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the establishment of Master Pricing Agreements (“MPAs”) with up to four (4) proponents for the provision of Central Intake Hub (“CI Hub”) solution(s) and associated services, including software, licensing, implementation and support services to support the operationalization of regional CI Hubs. The selected CI Hub solution provider(s) will provide the required technology to support OH-approved regional CI hubs. The main function of the CI Hubs is to serve as the primary point for receiving, reviewing, triaging, and distributing Referrals to Receiving Providers through defined Central Intake Pathways, ensuring equitable access to healthcare services while maintaining load balance. The selected proponent(s) for entering into MPAs with Ontario Health will be required to integrate with the Provincial Care Coordination Gateway (“PCCG”), Provincial Health Services Directory (“PHSD”), and Ontario Health routing algorithm to support the end-to-end CI workflow. Once Ontario Health is operationally live with an externally consumable routing services (“Application Programming Interface” or “API”) all vendor systems must leverage OH routing algorithms and guidelines when determining how patients will be distributed across the available service provider network.
