Box 1486 2020 Central Ave Grand Forks, Bc, Canada, V0h 1H0 Contact Person: Paul Keys, Manager of Facilities and Recreation 250-442-2202 the Regional District is Seeking Proposals from Qualified Proponents with Demonstrated Ability to Complete Services Associated with the Preparation of Plans, Design Documents, Specifications, Permit Applications (Federal, Provincial, And/Or Local), Cost Estimates, and any other Required Tasks. the Successful Proponent will Provide Engineering, and Inspection Services for Completion of Upgrades to Hvac and Solar Infrastructure at the Grand Forks Aquatic Centre. this Renovation Focuses on Improved Integration, Optimization and Upgrades of the Pool Water Heating System, Domestic Hot Water System, Heating & Ventilation System, and Control Systems at the Aquatic Centre. it is Based on the Recommendations from a Fortisbc Custom Energy Study Undertaken in 2021. Total Project Budget is $0.7 Million Dollars and will Require a Coordinated Design Team. the Total Project Budget is Inclusive of all Design, Construction, Permits, Inspections, and Fees. the Proposed Fee Construction will Need to be Broken out over the Duration of the Project According to the Work Outlined Herein and through the Supporting Reference Documents.
