Description:
This RFP is for the design, supply, installation and construction/construction management for the 2025 playground project at located at Caledonia Park . This playground project will consist of one playground to be installed in Caledonia Park on the north side of the park. This park is in the Caledonia Park neighbourhood, a community with a high percentage of children under the age of 12. Caledonia Park is an established neighbourhood. The park is located next to Caledonia Park School (3206 Coady Boulevard), a combined elementary / junior high school. The current playground (north side structure) is dated and will be required to be removed from the park site. The park site is currently graded, with established turf, and large trees. The playground would target school aged children (5-12 years).
