Synopsis: This Request for Proposal (RFP)1 is an invitation by Carlton Trail College on behalf of the Saskatchewan Regional Colleges (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Colleges), Dumont Technical Institute (DTI) and Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a comprehensive Higher Education ERP system for the Colleges, DTI, and SIIT, as further described in the Appendix A - RFP Particulars. This procurement is being undertaken as a collaborative arrangement between the Colleges, SIIT, and DTI. Within this document the Colleges, SIIT, and DTI will be referred to collectively as the Institutions and Carlton Trail College is acting on behalf of the Institutions in this RFP.
