Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel International(SI) to qualified IT Suppliers to submit proposals outlining their capabilities and qualifications for the development of a Master Sourcing List (MSL), valid for a period of 3 years. IMPORTANT NOTE: SUPPLIERS PREVIOUSLY PRE-QUALIFIED THROUGH REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Doc2861353568 FOR VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ISSUED IN MAY, 2021 MUST PARTICIPATE IN THIS RFP EVENT IF THEY WANT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR INCLUSION ON THE NEW MASTER SOURCING LIST (MSL). SUPPLIERS WHO DO NOT PARTICIPATE OR DO NOT QUALIFY IN THIS EVENT WILL NO LONGER BE INCLUDED ON THE NEW MSL. SaskTel International requires the following engagement models: Staff Augmentation Dedicated Team Project Outsourcing Suppliers will need to prequalify by Skill Set category. Required services may include: Architects Business Analysts UI/UX Designers Developers - specifically JEE, Angular, IOS, and Android Quality Assurance/Testers Automated Quality Assurance/Testers(Preference given to Telecom domain knowledge) Data Analysts (Preference given to Telecom domain knowledge) Infrastructure (Preference given to Telecom domain knowledge) Project Managers (Preference given to Telecom domain knowledge) This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CaFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.
