Installations - Conduct a thorough assessment of existing installations, including facilities, infrastructure, and visitor amenities. - Identify gaps and recommend enhancements or new developments to meet future tourism demands. - Incorporate sustainable practices and accessibility standards into recommendations. 2. Festivals & Events - Evaluate the current portfolio of festivals and events, including the Lobster Festival, Hom'Art Festival, and seasonal events. - Propose strategies to elevate the quality, scope, and economic impact of festivals and events. - Explore opportunities for creating new signature events that align with Shediac's brand and attract diverse audiences. 3. Downtown Shediac Offers - Analyze the downtown core's retail, dining, and entertainment offerings. - Recommend ways to enhance visitor experiences, encourage longer stays, and boost local economic activity. - Develop strategies for creating a vibrant and cohesive downtown that reflects Shediac's unique identity. 4.
