- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for tenant improvements to the 3rd and 4th floors of SaskTel's building at 140 1st Avenue N., Saskatoon as further described below (the “Deliverables”): The work is for the renovation of SaskTel's 3rd and 4th floors located at 140 1st Avenue N., Saskatoon. The renovation will include the demolition and redevelopment of office space including all structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural work, which includes the installation of exterior windows along the West wall of the 3rd floor office space. Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.
