- This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by SaskTel to qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for a Telecom Network Planning and Design Software Solution. SaskTel is looking for a vendor to supply a robust Telecom Network Planning and Design Software Solution to replace SaskTel-s current GIS based outside plant design system. The solution will provide full lifecycle management of SaskTel-s network facility records and network processes. This includes network planning, design, construction, field interaction & markup, and as-build management. The procurement is strictly for a software solution.
This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CaFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.
