CUSTODIAL - JANITORIAL SERVICES St. Thomas University is inviting proposals for the supply of building cleaning services for the buildings owned or operated by St. Thomas University for a three (3) year period beginning September 1, 2025. Your submission must be submitted, and finalized prior to the closing time of 1:30pm, Atlantic time, August 5, 2020. The University is not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for whatever reason or reasons the University deems proper at its own discretion. The terms and conditions of the Public Purchasing Act and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement apply.
