- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Standardized Child Care Designs, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). This project will consist of the development of three main deliverables: standard designs for 51 and 90 space child care stand-alone centres, design guidance outlining systems and materials for cost-effective facilities, and, renovation guidance outlining system, materials and strategies for cost-effective facilities.
