ABmunis serves as the anchor tenant for the Property, which is a three-floor office building built in 1985 with elevators and other building assets managed by a Building Automation System, and which also includes outdoor parking and a small, landscaped area. Included in the building are ten professional office rental spaces, two of which are currently vacant.
