- PurposeCompass is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced pharmacy service providers to deliver essential pharmaceutical services and ongoing support to youth aged 12-17 accessing services within our mental health live-in treatment facility. The selected provider will be responsible for blister packaging all medications both prescribed and over the counter, for 12-15 clients per year. The provider will also be responsible for providing professional consultation to both clients and staff members and to work closely with our healthcare team to ensure optimal health outcomes for clients, address any medication-related issues, and promote medication safety within our facility.
The Pharmacy must have a proven record of providing pharmaceutical services within live-in treatment environments, demonstrating expertise in managing complex medication regimens, and coordinating medication delivery, pickup and disposal at the site. The ideal provider will have experience in tailoring pharmaceutical services to the unique needs of individuals, ensuring they receive personalized care while adhering to all relevant regulatory standards.
