- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the Partial Roof Replacement at 140 1st Avenue North, Saskatoon as further described below (the “Deliverables”): This project is for removal and replacement of an existing roof section, (Section 7), at our Saskatoon 01 Main Exchange building, located at 140 1st Avenue North. The existing roof has a deteriorated membrane, is using older construction details, installation practices & is leaking. The new roof system uses state of the art construction details, installation practices and materials. Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.
