- SaskTel is seeking experienced online learning content library providers to deliver a diverse range of off-the-shelf e-learning training content and activities in a variety of digital modalities to meet SaskTel's training and development needs. Examples include: online courses, microlearning videos, e-books, audio books, labs/simulations, practice exams, virtual live cohort-based training, and blended offerings. SaskTel-s learning needs and desired topic coverage is diverse, including topics such as: business content (leadership, soft skills, management, sales and service, marketing, finance, human resources, operations, project management), technical/network/IT content (data and analytics, digital transformation and automation, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, programming, IT operations, networking and telecommunications), and safety/compliance (diversity, equity, and inclusion, accessibility, mental health/wellbeing, policy compliance, safety hazards). Certification-aligned training for PMI, Cisco, and various other certification bodies is also desired. The successful Supplier(s) need not cover all these topics equally well; multiple Suppliers may be selected to ensure coverage of SaskTel-s learning needs.
