- Description:
- The City of Mississauga is seeking services from a qualified Supplier to monitor and provide management recommendations for invasive pests on a annual basis that have the potential to impact Mississauga's urban forest. Primary targets for monitoring include but are not limited to: Spongy Moth, and Hemlock Woolly Adelgid. For both species, services will include providing a monitoring protocol, creating a monitoring plan, conducting monitoring, performing analysis on the results of monitoring, and providing management recommendations based on current practices and the integrated pest management approach.
Monitoring shall be targeted to areas where each pest or disease-s host(s) is present.
It is anticipated that the term of the Contract will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one year terms. - Documents:
