Description:
The District of Sicamous (the “District”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the rehabilitation of the Finlayson Baseball Park located at 1117 Eagle Pass Way. The project aims to revitalize the field to meet current safety standards, improve playability, and enhance the overall community experience. The Finlayson Baseball Park currently consists of four (4) baseball diamonds. The fields are heavily used during the spring and need significant upgrades to improve safety, drainage, and overall functionality. This RFP represents Phase 1 of a multi-phase rehabilitation plan, with the intent to upgrade one diamond and outfield at a time to minimize disruption to community programming. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full rehabilitation of Diamond 4, with the potential for future work on the remaining diamonds based on performance and funding availability.
