Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Facility Booking Software System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The Town is seeking proposals for a single vendor to deploy a software solution aimed at streamlining the scheduling and reservation processes across multiple municipal facilities. These facilities include event spaces, sports complexes, arenas, pickleball courts, parks, pavilions, and more. The software will provide users with an intuitive interface to verify availability, make reservations, manage bookings, and facilitate resource coordination.
