Tender are invited for Request for Proposal: Central Park
Project Description : The Central Park is a landscape development along 52 Street and the end of 54 Avenue Close. The scope of work will include topsoil stripping; base preparations; concrete walk, site furnishing and fence installations; sod and landscape. Existing underground utilities have been identified through Alberta 1-Call and hydrovacs and no major conflicts have been identified. However, the Contractor should be aware, identify, work adjacent to and liaise with all third-party franchise utility owners throughout the duration of construction.
