- The Town of High Prairie is requesting responses to this RFP for Banking Services. The banking services required by the Town are as follows:• Electronic daily access to accounts and transactions• Capability to electronically transfer funds between the Town bank accounts through online banking• Monthly, semi-monthly, or weekly statements• Payment and clearing of Town cheques• Cheque fraud protection service• Processing of cash deposits• Downloadable files to clear canceled cheques• Electronic processing of cheque deposits• Processing of dishonored cheques• Direct deposit of payroll - please indicate the amount of time required for submission and processing• Preauthorized Personally Approved Payment Service (PAP) for property tax and utilities - please indicate the amount of time for submission and processing • Acceptance of Merchant debit card payments, Visa and MasterCard• Acceptance of Payments of Account (APA) for property taxes, utilities, and other accounts receivable (detailed consolidated daily settlement reports required indicating roll/account numbers, date of payment, and amount)• Acceptance of payments via telephone and Internet banking for property taxes, utilities, and receivables• Acceptance of EFT from the provincial government, banks, and various other customers• Revolving line of credit ($1,500,000)• Certified cheques/Money orders• Stop payment orders• Wire Payments• Corporate credit cards (currently 6 cards - 3 with a limit of $5,000 each, 1 with a limit of $...
