Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3425 HVAC Maintenance and Repair ServicesManitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from Vendors to provide labour and materials for the provision of planned preventative maintenance, and repair and/or replace Services for HVAC equipment at MPI properties (as listed in this RFP) throughout the Province. In addition, MPI requires Services on an ‘as and when requested- basis. The Services may also include, but are not limited to, renovations and consultation, as more fully described in the RFP document.Mandatory Site Visit attendance - Group A and Group B: Participation in the RFP requires a Mandatory site visit. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03.Mandatory Site Visit Group A will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 starting at 9:00 am local time in the reception of the King Edward Service Centre at 125 King Edward Street, East, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
