Description: I. Background the Corporation of the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge is Requesting Proposals from Interested Parties to Supply and Install Water Meters at a Number of Properties in Rosslyn Village as Part of the Watermain Replacement that is Currently being Undertaken. there will be a Minimum of 31 Homes that Need Water Meters with a Per Unit Optional Price for an Additional 10. Ii. Information I. Timeline the Municipality is Anticipating the Award Date to be the Week Ending July 21St, with Work Happening between August 14Th and September 15Th, Material Availability Permitting, Ii. Scheduling the Municipality will be Responsible for Scheduling Installation Dates with the End-Users. it is our Hope that Many of the Installations can be Done during Regular Business Hours Monday to Friday. However, there will be some Users that Require Either Evening (5:30 Pm to 8:00 Pm) or Saturday Installations. Proponents should Account for this in their Pricing. Iii. Installation Water Meter and Backflow Preventer to be Installed Inside Customer Home. Additionally, Hole to be Drilled to Run the 2 Conductor 12V Wire for Water Meters Touchpoint Reading Point to be Mounted on Exterior of House. Hole Must be Sealed after Completion. Iv.
