Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #146 Design Consulting Services for Cityplace Food Court & Building FacadeManitoba Public Insurance is requesting proposals from architects to provide licensed design professional Services in the capacity of prime consultant supported by sub-consultants deemed necessary to assist with developing a redevelopment plan for the food court and exterior facade of Cityplace.Cityplace, is an office and retail complex in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba located at 333 St. Mary Avenue (also known as 234 Donald Street), owned by MPI.The Services involve programming and concept designs for future upgrades to the second-floor food court and to the first and second floor building facade, as more fully described in the RFP.*There is a size limitation on bid submissions of 20 MB per file. Multiple files may be submitted.Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions ("Site Visit"). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend.
