Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #143 Cityplace Chillers ReplacementThe work involves the total construction and related services for the installation of two chillers previously purchased, as more fully described in the RFP.*There is a size limitation on bid submissions of 20 MB perfile. Multiple files may be submitted.Mandatory Site Visit: A mandatory pre-arranged site visit for Bidders will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 9:00 am. Failure to attend the site briefing will result in disqualification. All attendees should first register prior to attending the site visit byby email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with, Section 1.4.3.1 of the RFP. Bidders may request a maximum of two representatives attend site. Attendees will be advised if they are to attend a second time slot if the first one is full. All attendees will be required to meet and signin at the main floor security desk in the mall area, located at 234 Donald Street.The final date for submissions is June 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of theRFP.
