- Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of a Roofer.The project entails the replacement of all roof areas at the Newmarket Courthouse. The existing roof systems being replaced are inverted and built-up roof systems and are to be replaced with inverted roof and mod-bit roof systems. Approximately54,000sft of roof is to be replaced. The roof replacement must be phased in a specific way and method based on the logistics of the site, ongoing projects and site infrastructure. The project is to be completed all after-hours with no work during regular businesshours.
