Synopsis: 1.The Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) plans to establish several regional, multi-use lists of pre-qualified roofing trade contractors who will be eligible to perform roofing work at one or more of SHA-s facilities. Roofing trade contractors include the following subcategories: See Appendix 1 Pursuant to this Request for Pre-Qualification for Standing Arrangement (“RFPQ”), SHA invites submissions from roofing trade contractors who are interested in being included on one or more regional lists of pre-qualified roofing trade contractors. 2.Qualified proponents selected as a result of this process will be eligible for roofing projects in excess of $200,000 per project (the "Work"), within the region covered by the applicable list. 3. SHA expects that certain trade contractors will have capacity to perform Work throughout Saskatchewan, while others may wish to submit proposals only for specific areas in Saskatchewan. SHA does not require trade contractors to perform Work throughout the Province in order to become pre-qualified under this RFPQ. Proponents with a limited area or regional focus are encouraged to apply for inclusion on the pre-qualified list for their area.
