Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Supplier Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region-s focus for this RFSQ is to prequalify Qualified Person-s with technical expertise and experience conducting or supervising environmental site assessments or risk assessments and shall be knowledgeable of the Regulation, the Soil Rules, the Soil Quality Standards, O. Reg. 153/04 and other federal, provincial and municipal laws applicable to soil management.For complete bid details, refer to the RFSQ documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: License/Certificate of Registration: Each Qualified Person proposed to perform the Services shall provide (i) proof of a license, limited license or temporary license under the Professional Engineers Act, or (ii) proof of a certificate of registration under the Professional Geoscientists Act, 2000 and proof that the individual is a practicing member, temporary member or limited member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO) in accordance with Ontario Regulation 153/04.
