Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Step 1 - Prequalification of General Contractors
Establish a list of prequalified general contractors who are eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process (the “Prequalified General Contractors”)Step 2 - Competitive Procurement Process
Invite the Prequalified General Contractors to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the DeliverablesFor complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (COR™): Any proposals received from proponents who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR™) certified, who have not obtained COR™ equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFPQ should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
