• Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Pre-Qualification #3446 Video Production ServicesManitoba Public Insurance is releasing this RFPQ to invite interested vendors to apply for inclusion on a prequalification list to potentially provide professional services related to the production of live-action and/or animated video content for broadcast and/or non-broadcast communications that support MPI-s corporate priorities.MPI requires Vendors to provide the Services contemplated by this Procurement on an ad hoc basis, as such MPI has issued this two-stage Procurement process:Stage 1 - Establishes a list of a limited number of qualified Vendors to potentially provide Services to MPI. Only Vendors who have signed an Agreement will receive further notices of additional procurements of the Services.Stage 2 - When particular Services are required, MPI will issue a request to the Vendors, evaluate the responses received as outlined in the request, and award the Services to the Vendor with the highest ranked response to the request. MPI and the highest ranked Vendor will then enter into a statement of work under the Agreement for the Services. This process is more particularly described in Section 1.04 of Appendix B.2 - Material Disclosures, as more fully described in the RFPQ document. The final date for submissions is February 13, 2026. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFPQ.
