- Tender are invited for Request for Information (RFI 10073232 TBIPS IT Services)Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is looking for an organization who is already pre-qualified on the TBIPS Supply Arrangement. PWGSC has a specific requirement for the service of an organization to provide an “as-and-when” required, solution based, service that will support PWGSC-s Security Site Brief, Threat and Risk Assessment, and Security Consulting Services for the Future Site of Judicial Precinct for the Government of Canada.The required services are, but not limited to:Task 1: The first service is a Tabletop Security Site Brief and Threat and Risk Assessment based on current conditions with mitigation recommendations for the future site of the Judicial Precinct and assets located within its perimeter, as well as those of the anticipated occupants.Task 2: Second, the Security Site Brief and Threat and Risk Assessments report will require several updates to be undertaken as part of the Judicial Precinct Master Plan StudyTask 3: Third, once the 66% Judicial Precinct Master Plan initiative is completed, PWGSC will require a Security Concept Design, a Security Concept of Operations and Security Requirements Document.Task 4: Fourth, PWGSC requires the organization to provide on-demand security consultation service as a subject matter expert, that is capable of presenting official security reports to various high-level committees until the completion of the Judicial Precinct Maste...
