Description : The Coordinating Entity is conducting research to better understand the current market and service offerings for a provincially scalable patient safety occurrence and feedback software solution which may include reporting and management of; patient safety events/occurrences and critical incidents, as well as patient, staff and visitor feedback (such as complaints, concerns and compliments). The provincial solution will replace manual and electronic systems in use across seven different geographic areas (Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs)) of the province. The solution will enable standardized reporting and management of patient safety events/occurrences and feedback and the ability to generate local and provincial perspective reports, trending and analysis. Information provided by respondents will assist with determining final requirements and the best course of action for the acquisition of an acceptable solution. Respondents should provide information for one (1) or more of the following: Patient Safety Occurrence Reporting and Management Software Patient/Staff/Visitor Feedback Reporting and Management Software Patient Safety (Critical Incident) Review Software Organizational Operational Risk Management Software
