The ISAMS is aimed at modernizing ESDCs security posture and introducing new functionality designed to: - Increase the adoption of e-services by removing the need to wait for physical mail-based access codes via the introduction of real time alternatives. - Expand e-service functionality and reduce agent-facing work items by enabling clients to electronically manage their delegates (who can act on their behalf with ESDC).- Introduce adaptive authentication that moves the department away from the current one size fits all authentication process to making the client-facing authentication process a fun...
