PROGRAM EVALUATION STUDIES PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM REVIEW AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Request for Feedback on a Draft RFP (Request for Proposals) On behalf of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Service New Brunswick is seeking feedback on a draft version of a potentialfuture RFP (Request for Proposals). This is a market sounding exercise, and not a formal solicitation for proposals. No agreement or contract will be established as a result of this market sounding exercise. If/when a formal RFP is issued by way of a competitive bidding process, it will be advertisedon NBON, and interested suppliers may submit proposals for consideration at that time. 1. Overview of Draft RFP Draft RFP #6496003-26 Comprehensive Minerals Strategy This Draft RFP pertains to the purchase of professional services to develop a five (5) year comprehensive strategy covering New Brunswick'sstrong mining value proposition for DNR. Refer to the attached Draft RFP for further details. 2. Purpose of the Draft RFP Process Sharing a draft version of an RFP allows Service New Brunswick to solicit input from interested parties, such as potential suppliers, stakeholders, First Nations, specialinterest groups, etc., who might be impacted by the formal RFP. Feedback collected from diverse sources can help identify areas where the RFP language, requirements, or structure need improvement, and can help ensure that the formal RFP reflects the true needs and expectations of allparties...
