Tender are invited for Request for Expression of Interest Wall Art Design Commission

Notice Details The town of Hampton is seeking proposals from Wolastoqey, Mi'kmaq, and Peskotomuhkati Nations artists for a wall art design commission. This work will be the feature artwork of the new Hampton multi-purpose facility, which is located off William Bell Drive in Hampton's Business District, overlooking the Kennebecasis River. The artwork will celebrate Wolastoqey, Mi'kmaq, and Peskotomuhkati Nations artistic traditions and provide space for recognition of Wolastoqey, Mi'kmaq, and Peskotomuhkati Nations history.
Please submit your proposal, along with examples of previous projects, to Chris White, Director of Economic Development and Tourism, via email at chris@hampton.ca by March 31, 2025, 2:00 PM ADT. The deadline for delivery of the commissioned artwork is August 15, 2025. The successful applicant will be notified on April 9, 2025.
