Description:
The Corporation of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent (Municipality) invites all interested parties to submit a written response to the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI). This REOI is being issued for the purpose of soliciting parties interested in operating the Riverview Gardens' Cafe.
You do not have to register to submit an Expression of Interest.

Riverview Gardens is seeking an Independent Operation (the “Operator”) for its Café. The café is located on the first floor of Riverview Gardens, a 320-bed Long-Term Care Home owned and operated by The Corporation of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
The interested Operator must possess safe food handler certification and operate the Café as per Public Health Standards. The Operator must carry insurance acceptable to the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and WSIB coverage. The Operator will secure any permits and/or licenses required for operation.
It is expected the Café will operate a minimum of Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, between 8:30am and 2:30pm. Additional operating hours may be discussed for approval with Riverview Gardens- Director.
