Western Climate Initiative, Inc. (WCI, inc.) is a non-profit organization, formed in 2011, to provide administrative and technical services to support the implementation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions trading systems. governments that use its services, currently Quebec, California and Washington State. Aiming to effectively fight climate change, the participating governments of WCI, inc. have created the largest market in the carbon in America. Today, they continue to develop and implement their respective multi-sector emissions trading systems. Together, our participating governments are mobilizing to drive change to create a safer, healthier and more low-carbon world for all. Thanks to DEI No. 2025-01, WCI, inc. wishes to establish a list of qualified suppliers capable of providing the required financial services.
