Notice Details This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the New Brunswick Housing Corporation ("NBHC") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Design Build Services, including land acquisition and transfer ("the Services"), as further described through the RFP document.
This RFP is to procure the services of a Design-Build team for the design and construction of a multi-unit residential building including land acquisition/transfer. The Design-Build team is to provide a turnkey solution that includes everything from design services, siteworks, permits, commission reports, utility connections, land acquisition and sale/transfer through to handover.
