Description:
The scope of work for this job is limited to design, customize, machine when required, assemble, and site test of the first manufactured SSSR unit of each size. Following the approval of the TTC of the site test on the first manufactured units, the manufacturer shall proceed to produce the full quantity required as indicated in the TTC Purchase Order.The expected Quantity to be delivered under this TOR will be to:• Cab SSSR Quantity from 1 unit up to (55).• Saloon SSSR Quantity from 1 unit up to (32)The Company must deliver the proper safety certification documents for the delivered items, which includes but not limited to:• An Ontario based P.Eng. Signed and sealed letter of safety of the design assuming the loading value expected and as indicated in the design criteria section of this document.• Unconditional PSR (signed and sealed by a licensed P.Eng. in the province of Ontario, Canada) for the racking portion (level of stacking acceptable and expected) for the racks when loaded in stacked.REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY OF HVAC STORAGE AND SHIPPING RACKS BID NO.: T57BK24453
