Bids will be received before 2:00:01 p.m. local time on September 11th, 2025, at the office of the Owner:

Tender documents may be obtained at the office of CLAD Inc., located at 467 Main Street, Suite 2, Bathurst, NB (TEL: (506) 545-6334). Hard copies of tender documents are available to contractors upon receipt of a non-refundable, $300.00 payment to CLAD Inc.

Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation, made payable to the Owner.
Bids will be opened after the bid closing time, at the specified bid closing location. Bidders are invited to attend the bid opening. The name of each Bidder and the bid price stated on the Bid Form will be read aloud.

Bid results will be disclosed to all Bidders. Such disclosure will not imply that the bids received are compliant or that a contract will be awarded to the lowest or any Bidder.

The requirements of the Canadian Standard Construction Document CCDC-2, 2020 apply.

The lowest bid, or any bid, will not necessarily be accepted.
