For: REPLACEMENT OF VESTIBULE AND FLOORING AT 26 GIGNAC DRIVE, PENETANGUISHENE
Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) owns and manages over 1800 residential apartment and family units throughout the Simcoe County. We are currently seeking bids for the following items:Work at 26 Gignac Drive in Penetanguishene includes, the removal and disposal of existing front entrance interior & exterior vestibule doors, framing and glazing. After removal, bidders are required to Supply and install New front entrance interior and exterior vestibule frames, doors and glazing with all necessary hardware, door operators and modifications needed and described here within.
In addition to the vestibule replacement, we require the removal of the vestibule flooring. After removal we require the area to have the following items installed Pedi grid, Ceramic tile, decoupling membrane, grout and Trims as specified in this tender
