Advance Procurement NoticeReplacement of the hydronic heating system at Long Range Radar (LRR)- Northern sites (with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesConsultant services will be required to support the design and replacement of Hydronic Heating system for the Module Trains at North Warning Stations (NWS) Long Range Radar (LRR) Sites Located at Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.The services will include, but are not limited to, design work; site studies: such as site surveys, testing, and investigations to evaluate existing conditions, including structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and environmental aspects; as well as Designated Substance Surveys (DSS), Asbestos surveys and reports.The rough order of magnitude value for the construction is $28M and its anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in Fall 2025.
