Description:
The works being the subject of this contract includes, without limiting itself, the supply of all materials, labor, tools and equipment for, among others: replace the existing generator by a new generator. The new generator must beInstalled in the existing room in the basement of the building. The old and the new generator must be released and enter through the ventilation louver present in the Sault de Loup next to the building. The work will also include electrical, mechanical, ventilation work,fire protection, regulation, fire alarm and architecture in connection with the redevelopment and compliance of the premises of the generator. Electric compliance work is also included within the reach of the work. Finally, the auxiliary fuel tankexisting as well as the existing fireplace will be kept, but significant changes will be required due to the new generator.
