Replace Heat Pumps for Electrical Vault & Main Telecom Rms-Construction Services

Description : Scope of Work/Overview: The existing heat pump serving an electrical vault is to be replaced with a 25-ton water source unit, using type R-410a refrigerant. The existing heat pump serving a telecom vault is to be replaced with a 3.5-ton water source unit, using type R-410a refrigerant. This is currently a refrigerant split type unit. Condenser loop pipework is to be extended to this unit in order to convert the arrangement to a water-source heat rejection solution. The current refrigeration lines routed between the telecom room and the parkade hold a considerable refrigerant charge which is to be removed in compliance with disposal regulations. Both of the new heat pumps are to be integrated into the existing BAS for monitoring, alarm and control. The electrical vault heat pump is to be reconnected into the EMCS. Seismic sign-off will be required
