- ESDC will be replacing the boardroom panel door and frame with an enclosed glass partition with a single swinging glass door on the 12th floor. This request will include installation of a drywall partition from floor to ceiling, carpet modification and installation of a framed glass door. Boardroom to be sound insulated as per tenant requirements.Library Square Tower concrete floor slabs are post tensioned and drilling into them has to be approved by a structural engineer. The structural engineer is required on site to investigate and assess the post tensioned concrete slab before any work can be done. Air balancing, fire/life safety, HVAC including heating and cooling to be assessed along with any electrical modifications required.
