- Scope of Work/Overview:Full replacement of existing deteriorated asphalt shingles and roof system on the sloped roof assembly and chimney flashings. The intent of the project is to protect the integrity of the structures & mitigate the risk of future damage to interior finishes and protect the heritage defining areas (fascia and copper). Note, mockups and samples will be required to ensure new products protect the historic integrity of the building.
