Description:
Summary and non-limitatively, this project includes the following work: Complete repair of building roofing pools and replacement of roofing drains. Replacement of windows with aluminum news with sealed double glass units, waterproofing of openingswindows. Complete replacement of the five lanterns in the roof. Work under asbestos conditions for work (eg windows and lanterns) in accordance with asbestos quotes in industrial hygiene. Exhausting the existing caulking joints of the granite facing and joined by jointsappropriate mortar, facades and parapets. Sporadic repairs of masonry. Installation of a flag mast with steel structure and support. Replacement of the missing washers of the fixing screws and the metal coating flashing of the mechanical span. Replacementseals of the external doors to the perimeter of the entries. Associated works in mechanics, structure, electricity. Works menu indicated in plans of different disciplines. Among other things, uninstallation/resettlement or temporary relocation of certain equipment, withdrawal ofDisplay/signaling panels. Moving the out-site furniture and replacing after the work.
