Tender are invited for 1. Requirement Summary:Transport Canada (TC), Air Services Directorate (ASD) has a requirement on an as and when requested basis issued through task authorizations for component repair and/or overhaul services and/or Advance Exchange for the following:An unserviceable Brake Assembly, removed from a CL600-2B16 (Challenger 604)604-85123-101 [VPN 5012333]. Component received must be in-compliance with Vendor Bulletin VB5012333-32-02 INTRODUCTION OF NEW HEAT STACK WITH TUNGSTEN-CARBIDE COATED ROTOR CHANNELS.2. Period of the Contract2.1 Period of the ContractThe period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to March 31st, 2024, inclusive.2.2 Option to Extend the ContractThe Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 3 additional 1-year period(s) under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor at least 30 calendar days before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.3.
