Description:
The Toronto District School Board (“TDSB”) intends to secure a contract with one qualified Bidder for the rental of lift and aerial equipment on a “when and as required” basis. The rental provider will also be responsible for delivering operator training services. This is an Request for Proposal with evaluated components.
The Overview, Appendix A, Appendix B, and Specifications Tables 1, 2, and 3 outline the Board-s requirements for the provision of these services.
The Proponent is required to enter all applicable data into the Bids and Tenders Pricing Schedules, Specifications Tables, and Rated Requirements Tables (RR1, RR2, RR3), and upload all required documentation in accordance with the instructions provided in this Request.
The successful Proponent will enter into a contract with firm pricing, effective for a three (3) year period starting January 1, 2026. The Board reserves the right to exercise up to three (3) additional one (1) year extension periods at its sole discretion.
